Motiva AI is an AI video and photo generator. By installing or using it, you agree to these Terms. Results are AI-generated from the photos you provide, and some features require a paid subscription or credits.
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use Motiva ("the App") on Android devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to the Google Play Terms of Service.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the App; some AI features may require you to be older where local law requires.
Motiva creates AI-generated videos and images from the photos you upload. Results are produced by AI, may vary in quality, and are not real footage. You are responsible for the photos you use — use only your own photos or photos you have permission to use, and do not create content depicting other people, celebrities or public figures without their consent, or any content that is unlawful, harmful, sexual involving minors, or that infringes others' rights. We may remove content or limit accounts that violate these rules or applicable policies.
Some features require a paid subscription or credits, sold through Google Play Billing. Prices and terms are shown before purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the current period ends; your Google Play account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel anytime in the Google Play Store under Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Google Play per the Google Play refund policy. Credits, once used, are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
You keep the rights you have in the photos you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process those photos solely to generate your requested output and to operate the service. Generated outputs are provided for your personal, lawful use.
You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile or modify the App (except where such restriction is prohibited by law), to circumvent or interfere with its billing, advertising or security features, or to use it unlawfully or to infringe the rights of others.
THE APP AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. Because the App is provided free of charge, our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed USD 10.00.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the developer from any claims, damages, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the App or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
This license remains in effect until terminated. It terminates automatically if you breach these Terms. You may terminate it at any time by uninstalling the App. Sections that by their nature should survive (disclaimers, liability limits, indemnification) will survive.
The App is distributed through Google Play. This agreement is between you and the developer only, not with Google. Google is not responsible for the App or its content. Your use must comply with the Google Play Terms of Service, and your data is handled per the Google Privacy Policy. You also agree to comply with all applicable export-control laws.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the developer's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence are not affected.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
